Shipping:

All orders are typically shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise specified. Batteries are checked and tested before shipping. Energy Works is not responsible for orders sent to wrongfully entered shipping addresses.

We offer global shipping to just about any corner of the world, if you have any issues on our site when inputting your shipping address, please contact us.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase, Energy Works USA will accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned products must be in new, working order unless otherwise communicated with Energy Works USA. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products, this does not include items covered under warranty. Please contact us before sending any returns.


Warranty:

Energy Works USA will warranty all batteries purchased new for 10 years of use under limited pro-rated terms. This Limited Pro-Rate Warranty is effective for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. This warranty terminates when the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person. Each manufactured product must be installed following Energy Works USA’s recommended installation procedures. Any customization or modification to the original product design, functionality, or use, either by said customer or by Energy Works USA voids all warranty eligibility. Any warranty claims as a result of using un-approved charging systems with our products will be considered void. It is the sole discretion of Energy Works USA to determine warranty eligibility.

Warranty Terms:
- First 5 years from purchase date: Full Replacement, no cost
- Years 5-7 from purchase date: 10% of MSRP service fee + replacement
- Last 3 years: 40% off current MSRP pro-rate replacement

Chargers: All Energy Works USA branded chargers carry a two year warranty from date of purchase.

Warranty period begins at date of purchase, and is only valid to original purchaser.
